Association for the right to work
The Association for the Right Work (ADAT) was created in 1993 to fight mandatory union membership in the construction industry in Quebec.
We fought for this right all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada in 1999 with the case;
The Court, for the first time, define the rights for workers to work without having to join a union…except for construction workers in Quebec.
What is happening at the Commission Charbonneau is of great interest and maybe one day………..
